We are here to serve the people of North Dallas and beyond by solving problems! We come together every month for a big service event in the community and Do Good in a big way. The rest of the time, we invest ourselves in the community as we see needs individually and as small groups. We are committed to making a difference throughout the world by giving our time and money to support international mission projects. Lighthouse Family Retreat
July 4 - 10
Duane and Cassy Moore travelled to the Tampa area for a week to serve a family with a son with a rare disease for the week with Lighthouse Family Retreat. They had a great time getting to know the family and giving them a very needed break from dealing with their son's condition.

Feeding Friends & Families
April 25 - May 1
A great day distributing food in McKinney with Feeding Friends & Families to around 100 cars! God is already answering our prayers for impactful partnerships. We look forward to working with FFF, Community Lifeline Center, and Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership in the future.
Pay It Forward
In the spirit of "unexpected kindness", we looked for opportunities for an old favorite: PAY IT FORWARD! Thanks for putting others first and surprising people with generosity. Let us know your stories at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Suitcases For Kids
Wow! The response to this Do Good challenge was off the charts. You donated over 250 bags to Suitcases for Foster Kids—and most were from folks who haven’t gone to The Simple Church yet. Amazing. The Bigby’s were amazed at your generosity and can’t wait to do it again next year!
The Big Event
The long term vision of Do Good is to solve problems regardless of politics, outside influences, and preconceived ideas. ComeUnity was a great community event for North Dallas to promote unity in new ways. Take a few minutes to watch this challenging message from the event from Tony Evans (1 hour 37 minute mark).
feed the firefighters
February 18-23, 2021
The unprecedented cold snap and winter storm in North Dallas this month sparked multiple issues including a 36 hour apartment fire in Frisco. After hearing about the exhaustion of our Frisco firefighters, our church family mobilized quickly to provide meals for eight Frisco stations as well as two Prosper stations over three nights to simply show some love and appreciation for all they do, while also meeting a significant need. We were excited and grateful to raise almost $2,000 and feed over 100 firemen that week!
Hospital Hope 2021
February 7-13, 2021
It's been a long year for everybody during the pandemic, but especially for those in the frontlines, so we decided it would be good show the nurses in the COVID wing of Medical City Plano on the night shift some love and bring them dinner and some encouragement.
Bring Joy To Joy
We spent the week dropping off gifts and encouragement to our friend Joy Kerr who recently was diagnosed with breast cancer. Joy has brought so much joy to so many of our church members over the years that we decided it was only right to return the favor in time like this.
Do Good 2020
Believe it or not a lot of good happened in 2020. Check out some of the groups we partnered with in serving locally and around the world.
